Team Talk Tuesday: Louise P. front of house & houskeeping

Every Tuesday we will be posting an interview with one of our team members. Last week we spoke to Sian D from our front of house, this week we speak to Louise P  who is part of our front of house team and housekeeping.

Q. When did you join the company?

A. July 2014

Q. Where were you working before joining the team at the Fleece?

A. I was studying child care at college, and looking for a part time job which later turned into my full time occupation when I left college.

Q.Whats a normal day for you at the Fleece?

A. Haha! Every day is different if I don’t have Stuart the Director jumping out and scaring me it’s Sian W from the kitchen pranking me. Every day is different I never get board with my work place.

Q. What is your favourite part of your job?

A. My favourite thing about working in the fleece is, it’s fun, its a fun place to work and a great team, it’s not every day you find a boss like Stuart!

Q.What has been the hardest part of your job?

A. Late nights and early mornings I guess, Saturday night followed by a busy Sunday is always a killer, but then we are so busy time goes quickly.

Q. When your not at the Fleece what do you most enjoy doing?

A. I enjoy walking, I’m a keen film buff so a watch a lot of them when I’m not joining the team for a drink after work!
