Team Talk Tuesday: Leon

We haven’t posted a Team Talk Tuesday in a while so this week we thought we would introduce you to a new team member, Leon.

Since Leon has joined as a new chef on our kitchen team we thought we would ask him a few questions so we can all get to know him a bit better.

Q. Where were you working before joining the team at the Fleece?

A. I previously worked at the Oakley Arms and also at the Grapes in Maentwrog

Q.so far what’s a normal day for you at the Fleece?

A. Being in Bright and early for breakfast (or maybe just early!) With me being new every day is different so far so there are new challenges daily.

Q. What is your favourite part of your job?

A. It has to be hearing good feedback about the food I’ve prepared and / or cooked 🙂

Q.What has been the hardest part of your job so far?

A. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE!

Q. When your not at the Fleece what do you most enjoy doing?

A. I do enjoy a drink and days out exploring, we live in a beautiful area.

Q. What’s your favourite colour?

A: White

A: Bacon Sausage & egg sandwich!
