Farmers markets are a great way to be able to try different types of local produce; with fruit and vegetables, meat and dairy produce on offer, and of course some great local beer and cider!

Held on a weekday at the local nature reserve, Conwy Farmers Market offers the best seasonal produce from the local area. The market is held next to the visitors centre at RSPB Conwy and in bad weather will be undercover. You can visit the RSPB shop and coffee shop for free too, or head round the reserve for a small charge (or for free if you’re an RSPB member) so why not combine visiting both and make a morning of it.

Visiting a farmers market can be a great part of your visit to North Wales. Why not combine a stay at our hotel in Porthmadog with a visit to the Porthmadog farmers market or a trip to one of the other markets further afield?
