Pubs with baby changing facilities in North Wales
If you have a baby on board, it can be challenging to keep up your social life with friends and family if you’re unsure where has the facilities you need.
It’s a nightmare to try and change a screaming baby without baby changing facilities, and can create a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable day out.
We want you to enjoy your visit to us, so we’ve made sure we have a full baby changing facility available to all of our guests, which we regularly check to make sure it’s clean and tidy. We also offer other family friendly options such as a kids menu and high chairs. With options such as mini fish and chips, cheese and tomato pizza, home cooked ham and even veggie sausages, there’s plenty of choice for the kids. We’ve thought of all of this because we want ALL of the family to have an enjoyable visit.
We’ve gone a bit further though too, and pulled together a list of other pubs around the area that have baby changing and other child friendly facilities so that you can enjoy your day out wherever you go.
Black Boy Inn, Caernarfon
As well as a children’s menu, baby changing facilities are on offer at the Black Boy Inn, in Caernarfon. The Inn once welcomed travellers in the 16th Century as they passed through on to Ireland, and now welcomes plenty of tourist families through its doors.
Gors Bach Inn, Llanddeiniolen
Well known for its Sunday lunch, the Gors Bach Inn offers a range of different meats to choose from for roast dinners, and a menu for children.
Full baby changing facilities are on offer in the Inn. The Inn’s rural location makes it a great place to visit for a walk followed by lunch but be sure to book before 2pm when they stop serving. Kids can also get a colouring book and pens whilst they wait to keep them occupied.
Glyn y Weddw Arms, Llanbedrog
The Glyn y Weddw Arms calls itself a ‘family friendly’ pub. A traditional pub, you’ll find baby changing facilities, high chairs and an enclosed play area outside which is ideal for kids.
The pub does offer a children’s menu as well with all the usual options such as pizza and chicken nuggets.
The Oakeley Arms Hotel, Blaenau Ffestiniog
Set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, the Oakeley Arms Hotel is well placed for action adventure such as Zipworld and the Slate Caverns.
The pub itself also has baby changing facilities and a small play area for children. There’s also a range of children’s meals.
Royal Sportsman Hotel, Porthmadog
The Royal Sportsman Hotel is situated in the heart of Porthmadog. As well as offering a hotel, a pub for non residents with AA rated food is also available.
The hotel welcome ‘well behaved children’ and also provide baby changing facilities. There’s a little patio garden too if you want to get some sun and let the kids play outside. There is a children’s menu on offer including a mini sportsman burger, sausage and mash, rump steak and penne pasta.
