The prize (1 night stay in a Suite) must be used within 30 days of the competition closing date.

The prize is subject to availability and can not be used on the following dates 12/02/2022 or  19/02/2022. There is no cash alternative on offer and this prize can not be sold on or transferred to anyone other than the winner of the prize. The winner will need to provide Credit card details upon checkin in case of any damage and / or to pay for items posted to their room account. The management reserve the right to alter any of the above the terms & conditions without notice.

We require that guests do not behave in any way that could be deemed to be offensive or disruptive to staff or other guests. Any one whom is deemed to be behaving in an offensive or disruptive manner may be asked to leave without notice or compensation. We ask that all guest comply with any reasonable management instruction.
